  Me and my mom both work in the restaurant business and wanted to try a place we have never been and decided to come to this restaurant and our experience was rather bad because we waited over 40 minutes for a sandwich and baked ziti. And we were the only people in the restaurant. The food we finally got looked good but it took way to long for things that were most likely already prepared and just needed warmed up.

  Usually the food is wonderful, however the past couple times, including today have been under par...to say the least. I went with my Dad and Stepmom and we all got pasta. The sauce was lukewarm, not even warm, which we told our waitress about- not to mention a half cooked pink centered meatball on my stepmom's plate. The new sauces she brought were also lukewarm and it was meat sauce- I'm vegetarian and I originally ordered mariara. I had already put the new sauce; not knowing it was meat sauce on my rigaotoni and it took 10 mins for our waitress to even come back and check on us. I asked for the meal to be taken off since it was ruined and I ate off my stepmom's plate and the manager was not able to take it off. I got a new plate of my pasta with marinara, but again was lukewarm. We usually love this place and I'm not sure why things have changed in their service and food. Sad! Not worth the money.
